Lui Zacher hangs up his headphones

In a LinkedIn post, Zacher said he has learned a lot during his time at the Geelong Broadcasters and he will look back on his time in “high regard as a valuable period” of his professional life.
“After a whirlwind of two and a half years including dealing with COVID, two elections and a Big Ute (How good are utes?!), interviewing local politicians, the Prime Minister, Opposition Leader and the Premier, all while covering countless local stories, working weekends and shift work, it’s time to hang up the headphones,” he said.
